Chinese pole welcomes all levels to each session. 

 

Beginners/Improvers: Climbs, Positions & Slides

Understanding basics climbs, rest positions and simple but effective drops and slides.

                 

Skilled: Sequencing

Putting together a series of tricks and aiming to stay on the pole longer

                     

Advanced: Dynamics

Learning more dynamic tricks and sequences

 

Whether you’re new to pole or already have some experience, we will be going over basic climbs, slides, combining tricks and more dynamic moves if you are experienced in pole.

 

MUST HAVE'S

Must bring pole shoes (clean, rubber flexible soles such as Feiyues) 

Clothes that you don’t mind being damaged (long sleeve top, leggings and non baggy jeans, jumper/hoodie) The more layers the better.
