Tumbling class will help you to determine your areas of strength and weakness with regards to tumbling so that you may go away with a detailed action plan to improve if you should wish to. The classes will also help you explore a wide range of movement possibilities so that you can create tumbling sequences around your current skill level. This will be tumbling applied to circus rather than the sport of tumbling, however we will include and can focus on classic tumble skills like round off, flick, tuck back, handsprings, headsprings, aerials etc. Bring your requests!




No pre-requisites for beginners - you're beginners - just bring a willingness to roll, spin and jump!




Pre-requisites for improvers - reasonable level of: handstand(shape rather than being able to hold it for ages), cartwheel, bridge, power for jumping and strength in press ups/front support.
