AERIAL HOOP

Classes are specifically designed to accommodate a mixed ability group, skilling beginners and improvers and pushing those of an intermediate level, with a particular focus on skills development and transitioning. You will work on tricks and transitions under and through the bar as well as top bar tricks. 

 

Classes will develop skills, strength and flexibility and all are welcome. 

STRAPS

Specifically tailored for a mixed ability group, this session will get you working o spinning (for those able), static and dynamic movement as well as planches and rolls for those working at a higher level. 

Classes will develop skills, strength and flexibility and all are welcome. 

OPEN TRAINING

UNGUIDED SESSION

After an amazing first few days of learning, creating and absorbing all the aerial technique your brain has space for, we thought you might want a place to practice some of the stuff you have learnt and been working on. 

 

Wednesday's open play session is the perfect space. You don't have to come for the whole time, you can drop in and out and stay as long as you like. This session allows you to go over your tricks in a relaxed fashion, and all aerial kit is available as well as ground space. This session is not teacher led although a staff member is present to ensure safety, and there are plenty of crash mats.

TRAPEZE

Up and over the bar, working under it and in the ropes. This session has something for everyone. 

 

Classes will develop skills, strength and flexibility and all are welcome. 

CONTORTION

Contortion classes are open to all those looking to get bendy. You don't need to be a contortionist or to be able to sit on your own head to start! You just need the will get more flexible..........

Contortion is a style of stretching, it is a technique, that essentially follows a pattern or a 'routine' if you like. As you become more flexible, you will be shown how to go deeper into the stretch, and if you are already a contortionist and want to be pushed further then you will be shown advanced elements of the stretches to help you always progress. 

 

Classes focus on building strength, skill and flexibility, so you can be strong as well as flexible. Classes are open to all levels, introducing newbies to contortion as well as pushing those with a higher skill level. You just need to wear something you feel comfortable to stretch in and can be warm.
