TEACHER: REBECCA RENNISON
We will have fun on the beautiful hoop cleaning up the basics and technical transitions and then moving onto to more creative tasks and sequencing. We will work on spinning and incorporating that into our personal sequences. Each class will include: a warm up, hoop conditioning and drills, along with some taught sequences. Students will also get the opportunity to play using the skills acquired. Improvisation will be utilised to aid in the creation of new movement. Spinning and some dynamic elements will be covered during the course.
Suitable for those complete beginners or those with minimal experience. Improvers are those who have basic knowledge of beats and are able to mount with a few basic tricks up their sleeve.
This session is suitable for those with a good amount of experience and feel they are making the transition from improver into the skilled section. You should be able to beat, mount and invert confidently and repeatedly as well as be familiar with a variety of poses, tricks and drops.
Suitable for those with extensive hoop experience who want to get their dynamics flying and work those more complicated transitions and strength stuff.
