HOOP
THE FOUNDATION
(Beginner/Improver)

All classes will involve a hoop specific warm up, some new movements and then the main focus of the class.
Covering all bases, we will tidy up the technique of all root positions, rolls and transitions, building to some smooth new sequences and fresh moves.
PRE-REQUISITES
Be able to get onto the hoop in short arm throughout the class, or at least a desire to get on the hoop!
