(Beginner/Improver)

In-person

All classes will involve a hoop specific warm up, some new movements and then the main focus of the class.

Covering all bases, we will tidy up the technique of all root positions, rolls and transitions, building to some smooth sequences. 

 

PRE-REQUISITES

Be able to get onto the hoop in short arm throughout the class, or at least a desire to get on the hoop!

Session 2

11.50pm-1.20pm

 

In-person

All classes will involve a hoop specific warm up, some new movements and then the main focus of the class.

Drawing on moves learnt during the week/your own repertoire we will build sequences and flows putting spinning techniques into action.

Spinning - we will work on variations of spins, 2 arms, 1arm and getting on while spinning.

DYNAMIX

(Advanced)

10am-11.30am

 

In-person & Online

All classes will involve a hoop specific warm up, some new movements and then the main focus of the class.

We will cover beats & swings and some release tricks. The dynamic element also refers to how we will work on performing sequences, changing our speed and focus.

 

PRE-REQUISITES

Long arm straddles (5 *)

Repeated pull ups (5 *) 

Ability to stay on hoop for 1/2min sequences
