Classes will focus on improving your balance in the traditional shapes of straight, tuck, pike and straddle and various entries.
Gain more confidence on your hands and nail the essential components required for learning more advanced balances.
Sessions include conditioning for the handstand techniques used with a focus on balance, entry to and exit from handstand.
