HOOP- THE FOUNDATION: BEG/IMP
These sessions are suitable for beginners or those with some hoope experience looking to develop. Sessions involve a hoop specific warm up, conditioning and specific development tailored to the student.
Covering all bases, we will tidy up the technique of all root positions, rolls and transitions, building to some smooth new sequences and fresh moves.
Be able to get onto the hoop in short arm throughout the class, or for beginners at least a desire to get on the hoop!
