We will work on a variety of moves & sequences weaving between the silks. The sessions will focus on basic and root positions to extend vocabulary and build confidence on the silk. For those with more experience we explore how many different ways you can climb fabric. Here you'll explore variations of common climbs as well as uncommon ways to twist yourself around the material, creating locks and dropping them off effortlessly (with practice), one second you'll look tangled up, the next you're hanging in between two beautiful pieces of material.

Not suitable for complete beginners.

We will work with a variety of wraps, tricks and drops. (catchers, hip lock, front and back balances, s-lock) to explore unique entries, playful explorations and new pathways. The sessions will be jam packed with plenty of quirky sequences to get you flowing nicely and working progressively for those attending over numerous days.

Ability to invert repeatedly at height
Possess a good vocabulary of the base movements

This is an intermediate to advanced workshop for both silk & rope students looking to unlock their aerial ninja. Unlock rolls in all directions, front and side roll ups, rolling to side planche, angel rolls and slow roll downs. This session will give you the building blocks, drills, conditioning and proprioception required to achieve all kinds of rolls, understanding c-shaping and how rolling can dynamically link in sequences.
PRE-REQUISITES
Strong back balance and knowledge of s-lock entries
