Warming Up & Down

There are two different warm ups and warm downs for you to choose from when you book. All participants (including those online) get to choose their warm up & down as part of your class pass. 

WARM UP: YOGA

Warm Up

This yoga class will provide you with a dynamic sequence that both opens and strengthens the body. The perfect marriage of tempo and movement will awaken your body, the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in your practice. This is a disability accessible class to get you ready for the hard day ahead.

Suitable for all levels. Those shoulders take a good pounding in any circus discipline, especially when you're going into a full day. This session gets into all the parts of the arms, shoulders and upper back to really give you a shoulders, rotators and scapula stabilisers a good warm up and focused stretch out. 

WARM DOWN: PARTNER MASSAGE

In-person & Online

A gentle but effective way to finish your day, getting into sore muscles, connective tissue and fascia. Led by Adrian Wildborne, qualified Level 5 Remedial Massage Therapist, this massage session is designed to leave you feeling re-invigorated after a long day, whilst sharing the knowledge of technique. 

PLEASE NOTE: If joining this class online you WILL need a partner. If you are joining this class in person you are welcome to join as an individual and you will be partnered up.

Warm down

6pm-7pm

In-person & Online

Suitable for all levels. This yoga session will cover the whole body using a range of stretch techniques such as, active, passive, nerve mobilisation and balancing. You will be able and encouraged to adapt positions and sequences to suit your body. Stretches will be held for lengths of time between a few seconds up to about a 1min. It will be fun, and, leave you feeling relaxed having stretched in a positive and productive way that keep you moving and mobile after a long day
